This insulating washer is similar to our MACP washer but includes two protrusions inside to fix the screw, thus improving its positioning and ensuring that it is isolated from the electrical contacts for a longer period. It can be used with the most common screw heads such as cylindrical heads, countersunk heads and for domed screw heads. It is produced in PA6 (nylon) in standard black and white colors.

Screws made of PA66 and PA66GF30, high-quality technical materials that combine excellent mechanical strength, good thermal stability, and suitable chemical resistance. They offer a lightweight and reliable alternative to metal screws in a wide range of industrial applications.

Main properties
• Thermal: PA66 up to 100 °C, PA66GF30 up to 120 °C continuous use
• Mechanical: high strength, improved stiffness with glass fiber, good dimensional stability
• Chemical: good resistance to oils, greases, hydrocarbons and common solvents

Advantages over metal screws
• Lower weight without compromising strength
• Corrosion resistant, even in aggressive environments
• Electrically and thermally insulating
• Non-magnetic, non-conductive and spark-free
• Absorb vibrations and reduce noise
• Less maintenance and longer durability under harsh conditions

Ideal for sectors such as electrical, electronics, automotive, construction, HVAC and general industry.
Our metric thread MDIN hex nuts, similar to DIN 34814 (DIN 934/555) / ISO 4032, are manufactured in various engineering materials. that favor properties such as chemical, mechanical, oxidation resistance, etc.

They are available in PA66 (Polyamide 66 “Nylon”), PP (Polypropylene), POM (Acetal Resin), PVDF b> (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) and PAGF (Polyamide with the possibility of up to 50% fiberglass).
