Description and features

Our LE square tube end caps are designed to close tubes and holes, providing secure retention, easy installation and a good finish. The LE family includes two head configurations depending on the intended application: high head (3.00 - 8.00), recommended as an end cap when the part must withstand higher mechanical stress due to its greater head thickness, and thin head (2.00 - 3.00), recommended as an end plug for applications with lower mechanical requirements, where closing the tube end is the priority. The lamellae do not guarantee liquid tightness.

When used as sliding glides, and to facilitate installation in tubes with thicker walls, chamfering the inner diameter of the tube is recommended (approx. 0.3–0.5 × 60°).

· Material: LDPE (low-density polyethylene).
· Standard colours: RAL 9005, RAL 9010, RAL 9003, RAL 7042, RAL 7040 and RAL 7001.
· Finish: polished or textured, depending on the reference.

Special colours, engraved or printed corporate logos and, for most references, TPE versions are available on request to improve slip resistance, noise absorption and the operating temperature range. Please contact our sales department for order conditions.
