Description and features

The LHKC adjustable male clamping lever is designed for safe, precise and repetitive manual adjustment, allowing the lever to be released and repositioned without tools, even in confined spaces. Its slim design ensures ergonomics and reliable locking in demanding industrial uses.
It is manufactured in two versions:

·Reinforced polyamide handle with inlayed moulded metal teeth ring, increasing strength and torque transmission.
·Plastic-coated die-cast zamak handle, especially robust for heavy-duty work.

Both are available in Black RAL 9005 and Orange RAL 2004, with the option of other RAL colours.

The threaded stud, in gunmetal-finish steel or stainless steel, is made entirely of metal, ensuring full metal contact between the insert and the operating part, providing maximum reliability and corrosion protection. In addition, the system incorporates a hexagon socket screw that allows installation with a hex key while keeping the lever lifted, making mounting easier in critical positions.

Clamping levers such as the LHKC are used to fix, lock or secure components in machinery, jigs, adjustment systems, control panels, technical furniture, transport systems and assembly equipment, as well as in automotive, food, medical technology, consumer goods, leisure and rehabilitation, where an ergonomic, versatile and high-performance solution is required.
