Female threaded hex spacer MEHM

Our female-threaded hexagonal spacer MEHM is designed for the fastening, spacing and positioning of boards, panels and components, maintaining a defined distance between the elements of the assembly. Its hexagonal body facilitates installation and removal with a tool and allows secure tightening during installation.

Manufactured in PA66 and PA6GF30, it provides a lightweight, strong solution with good electrical insulation properties. PA66 offers a good combination of mechanical strength, toughness and low weight, while PA6GF30, reinforced with 30% glass fibre, provides greater rigidity and mechanical strength.

Plastic spacers are particularly suitable for PCB mounting, maintaining a defined distance between the board and the chassis, panel or metal structure and preventing electrical contact between them. They are also used in electronic equipment, electrical panels and cabinets, as well as in applications where weight reduction, corrosion prevention or electrical insulation between components is required.

· Materials: PA66 (polyamide 66) and PA6GF30 (polyamide 6 + 30% glass fibre).
· Flammability classification: UL94 V-2, UL94 V-0 and UL94 HB, depending on the reference.
